Plan the procurement activity with raw materials, materials and services for the smooth development of the activity; Identify new suppliers and keep the cost of raw materials, materials and services within the limits of the indicators established by the company and its policies; Issue the necessary orders to the agreed suppliers; Check the value of the registered invoices and ensure the rectification of inconsistencies appearing in the internal ERP in order to make payments; Negotiate and renew contracts, additional documents and commercial aspects in collaboration with the direct superior (price, delivery terms, payment, conditions, etc.) and ensures that it obtains the optimal quality-price ratio for the necessary products and services requested by the company's internal departments; Centralizes the offers obtained in the department's database, analyzes the offers and sends the list obtained to the direct superior for discussion and approval of the supplier and the offer; Periodically informs the suppliers about the internal standards, norms and procedures that must be respected Actively participates in the evaluation suppliers; Updates in the ERP and in the internal reports the price list for the purchased products. Prepares and performs the necessary calculations for the realization of the procurement budget and its revisions for the suppliers it manages; Cooperates with all the internal departments from which it collects information regarding the procurement process.
