A medium-sized family company in Všeradice near Beroun with a 30-year tradition on the market is looking for an experienced and motivated colleague for the position: Administrative technical worker - preparation. The company is engaged in the production, supply, installation and service of air conditioning and air conditioning._x000D_
The main task of the given position will be the calculation of costs within our projects, ensuring competitive offers and related dealings with sales representatives and cooperation with the production team._x000D_
Work load:_x000D_
preparation of documents for calculations (creating dimension statements, orientation in the equipment statement from the project documentation)_x000D_
creation of price offers_x000D_
communication with business partners_x000D_
cooperation with the production team_x000D_
administrative management combined with full-time work_x000D_
What we expect from you:_x000D_
good knowledge of working on a PC (especially Excel, Microsoft office - Word) - the position requires the ability to effectively create tables and price offers_x000D_
experience in the field of HVAC (ventilation technology) by condition_x000D_
knowledge of reading project documentation_x000D_
technical reading_x000D_
Czech language at the level of a native speaker (verbally and in writing - for dealing, for example, with sales representatives and for creating offers)_x000D_
