LAWYER'S SECRETARY
Bachmann/Partners Advokatpartnerselskab is looking for a skilled legal secretary for our office in Højbjerg to support our self-reliant lawyers.
We are a modern specialist office in particular tax law, but also assist our clients with, for example, legal proceedings for business.
We want to be known for gathering the best skills in the law firm, so that the tasks can be solved optimally for our clients.
Your tasks will, among other things, include the following:
• Handling appeals at the Danish Tax Appeals Board • Management of legal proceedings • Deadline management • Obtaining case files • Oral and written communication tasks, including contact with clients and the courts • Administrative tasks
About you:
• You are trained as a legal secretary or have experience from the legal profession • You have procedural experience with appeals, trials and criminal cases • You are keen on meeting deadlines • You are friendly, service-minded, open and committed • You can solve tasks independently • You have the ability to express yourself clearly and precisely in writing • You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing • You have an extremely good digital understanding and interest in IT tools • You are patient, careful and have an eye for detail • You work structured• You comply with the legal profession's requirements for discretion• You have a positive outlook on life and a good mood
