The Mićković & Mrkonja law office from Belgrade is looking for a new team member in the position:

Legal trainee

(m/f)

Job description:

·       Interpretation of laws and other relevant regulations and study of court practice using available databases;

·       Collection of information and documentation for the needs of specific cases;

·       Drafting of various submissions in court and other proceedings, as well as other documents (contracts/agreements, unilateral declarations of will and the like);

·       Representation of clients before courts and various state authorities;

·       Attending meetings with clients;

·       Performing long related tasks as needed.

What we're looking for:

·       Graduated from law school and fulfillment of other conditions required for enrollment in the directory of law trainees of the Belgrade Bar Association;

·       Advanced knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);

·       Advanced computer skills (MS Office).

Additional advantage will be given to candidates who:

·       know the Russian language (spoken);

·       are active drivers (driver's license category B).

Students in their final years of the law faculty, who meet the other requirements from the advertisement, are available for a paid internship with the possibility of employment after completing their studies.
