British American Tobacco Romania is hiring a Distribution Agent in Iasi, for a fixed period. The objective of this role: management duties for BAT products and goods and cashier/attributions for collecting and handing over money and payment documents from customers, through maximum productivity on each route, in accordance with BAT's distribution policies and at a high level of customer satisfaction customer requirements. What will your activity look like within the logistics department of BAT - Romania: You will have an assigned territory and the main activities will be: visiting customers/delivery of products/returns, collection and merchandising in stores with the aim of achieving the proposed objectives. You will be responsible for correctly managing the goods and the money collected from BAT customers in accordance with the laws in force and company policies; respecting the daily routes established by the line manager and/or the Logistics department You will pick up and hand over product returns from customers on time You will complete the documents and payment documents, in accordance with the legal regulations (you will print the delivery documents, collect money and deposit it at the end of each day according to the information received from the company management, based on a receipts report) You will be responsible for the stock of goods loaded in the car, both quantitative as well as value (money collected from BAT customers and payment documents received) You will maintain, update and enter the information related to your tasks into the system with maximum accuracy. You will drive the company car in accordance with company policies and the legislation in force. You will respect the safety and security procedures; you will use the security equipment provided during working hours: door lock, alarm, padlock, side door chain, panic button and door opening authentication You will carry out the cyclical merchandising activities (e.g. changed communication films, changed planograms, price changes, etc.) in accordance with the instructions received In BAT, we strive to create an attractive work environment that offers not only a successful career, but also a benefits package.
