Job Description:

Analysis of client requirements.

Providing a quick and accurate response to any question or complaint.

Working in shifts to ensure business coverage.

Working on a computer.

Writing a daily report.

Collecting client documentation and checking it with the help of a security agent.

Actively supporting and promoting the company's values.

Application of laws and guidelines related to confidentiality and data protection and laws on prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism.

Personal qualities:

To use written and spoken English perfectly and fluently.

Previous experience in customer support preferred.
