In order to strengthen our team at EUROINTECH DESIGN SRL, WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ASSISTANT MANAGER Responsibilities: - entering invoice data - ability to use management software, administration, etc. - preparing work situations, - checking the situation with materials, - issuing documents offers, requests for offers, invoices...)-willingness to learn new management software, quotations, SEAP-Monitoring stocks from the construction site and making orders- Close collaboration with the technical department Requirements: EXCEL&WORD KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS- Experience in the field of construction installations or In a similar role it is an advantage- Excellent communication skills- Attention to detail and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously with the ability to provide high quality-MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE MS PACKAGE. OFFICE - Driving license category B is an advantage but not mandatory.
