We are hiring Devizier Construction Bidding Engineer

The work is performed exclusively at the company's office in Bistrita-Nasaud. We are looking for a talented and passionate Construction Bidding Engineer to join our construction team. ROLE: Monitors and follows up on tender opportunities and the status of ongoing tenders (clarifications, appeals, cancellations, etc.); Prepares qualification or eligibility documents and follows the offer until the award or rejections; Collaborates with all departments to introduce all the necessary documents into the offer and updates the tender database; Responds to requests and clarifications from the Evaluation Committees; RESPONSIBILITIES: Verification of the technical requirements of the project; Preparation and verification of lists of quantities; Identification of subcontractors for materials and labor; Obtaining price offers for materials and labor; Evaluation of price offers; Estimation of indirect expenses, including for equipment and coordinating personnel; Presentation of the project to the Management (estimated total cost) for approval; Argumentation of the differences between the values offered by the client's consultant and the estimated ones; Participation in project meetings (internal, design, coordination, with the client, with the client's consultant); Budgeting; Estimating the price of the works; Quotations; Drawing up the specifications; Coordinating the preparation for the tender; Evaluation of the additional works that appeared during development of the contract; Evaluation of remedial works that may appear in the project; Elaboration of cost plans and offers. Ensures the determination of the client's requirements and performs commercial analyses; Updates the organization of its activities in order to comply with the client's requirements determined along the way or modified; and carries out own activities under the conditions of the application of compliance with the fulfillment of the client's requirements; Analyzes the contract, the order and other informative documents to identify and classify the requirements (customer, legal, specific, own); REQUIREMENTS: Diploma of higher education in the field of construction or a similar qualification; Relevant experience in the field construction bidding, with solid knowledge in reading and interpreting deconstruction plans; Advanced calculation and cost estimation skills in construction; Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a tight deadline environment; Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing quotations and financial estimates; Communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a team and interact with clients and suppliers; Advanced knowledge of using calculation and estimation programs in construction; If you are a dedicated person, with a passion for construction and with solid bidding and estimating skills, we invite you to apply for the position of Construction Bidding Engineer Devizier.
