The SC TOTAL MIRAGE CONTRANS SRL company is hiring a transport coordinator, goods transport dispatcher. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: - At least 1 year of experience in the required field; - High school education is an advantage; - Knowledge of English (written and spoken), at an advanced level; - Any other spoken language is an advantage; - Knowledge of operation PC (Word, Excel, mail, Internet browsing, platforms used in the field of transport) at an advanced level; - General knowledge related to the transport market; - The ability to make decisions under pressure; - The ability to organize, coordinate, control; - Communicative, punctual, organized and attentive to details; - Resistance to stress; RESPONSIBILITIES:-Monitors the transport process throughout and makes the necessary adjustments;-Establishing optimal travel routes and monitoring transport runs;-Guiding and monitoring the status of the trucks throughout the journey;-Maintaining good communication with the customer and the driver until unloading; - Ensures and facilitates communication with partners (clients and beneficiaries); - Coordination of own trucks and those of partners; - Reports the activity according to the orders received; Salary starting from 1500 euros.
