Application Technician

Job SummaryWe have an Application Technician position open, which will provide support to assembly technicians through: technical documentation preparation services, label listing services required in the execution of automation cabinets, declarations of conformity and other relevant documentation for the project. In this role, you will be responsible for:* Listing and preparing technical documentation for assembly technicians according to instructions received;* Preparing labels for devices, cables, conductors in accordance with the electrical diagram sent and the requirements of the engineering department;* Preparing the drilling program for the mounting plate;* Checking the orientation of the labels and redoing them, in case they are wrong;* Collecting the labels with the wrong inscription;* Printing new revised labels and delivering them to the assembly technician;* Checking the status of the labels on the projects under assembly;* Collaborating with the engineering department and informing if the quality of the labels is not adequate (wrong inscription, missing labels, other mismatches);* Monitoring the consumption of labels and ensuring optimal consumption by reducing losses;* Ensures that the labels are in accordance with the corresponding procedures and production standards;* Preparation, printing and sticking of CE labels on assembled systems (cabinets or panels);* Report problems in the documentation and labeling process, talk with the boss directly using official channels in a timely manner;* Maintain 5S at the workplace;* Record and report discrepancies in the quality and availability of raw materials used in the process labeling/engraving/drilling;* Functional maintenance of production equipment - printers, engraver, PCs;* Proposes improvements at the workplace to make existing processes more efficient;* Has basic knowledge of assembling electrical cabinets to support the construction process; What defines you: A person with good communication skills, who efficiently organizes his work and He completes his tasks. For this role, you will need the following knowledge:* Vocational/technical school, high school - specialized - electrotechnical, electronic, electrical;* Minimum knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access);* Technical skills of working with dedicated software for drawings and labels;* Basic knowledge of assembling cabinets electrical. The following skills are an advantage:* Previous experience at another workplace;* Basic knowledge of the English language;* Minimum knowledge of AutoCAD for opening drawings in DXF/DWG format;* Understanding of specialized technical documentation;* Other technical skills.
