Job Description
We are looking for a working environment advisor who will help ensure a good working environment for the employees and suppliers who maintain and service the railway. As part of the 'Infrastructure working environment' team, you advise on working environment coordination, supervise and follow up on incidents and accidents. You will have a central role in the collaboration with both internal and external actors. "Right now, we are particularly focused on supporting the areas of Forest and Nature and Security in the future operational work, so that we can secure our large natural areas at the same time as we can operate the railway safely. This is, among other things, about ensuring good operable access roads and that we live up to the client's responsibility towards external suppliers." This is what Jesper Albin Sjögren, who is the team leader and will be your immediate manager, tells us. He elaborates: "You can say that many tasks can become a working environment if we wait long enough, and therefore it is important that the team here is at the forefront of developments." Your team As a working environment advisor, you will be part of the Infrastructure working environment team, where we, among other things, has responsibility for supporting a safe working environment for internal and external employees who service and maintain the railway. You will become part of a team of 5 colleagues with different professional backgrounds who complement each other. There is always good opportunity for rail professional and working environment sparring. In addition, we collaborate with other divisions and the central HR working environment section on collective working environment work. We have infrastructure throughout the country, and want to support our colleagues in Jutland with this position. Your workplace will therefore be in Herning. However, travel time must be expected between the parts of the country, the offices and the facilities. There will be supervision during the work at night and sometimes at weekends. Tasks in the position One of your tasks will be to advise on working environment coordination and supervise relevant areas of responsibility. In addition, you assist with internal working environment follow-up and follow-up of incidents and accidents in relation to external contract holders and contractors. You also have ongoing dialogue with the contractors' occupational health and safety managers and participate in safety meetings. You collaborate with the section's other employees regarding supporting the working environment organisation, internal training, working environment campaigns, internal accidents/incidents, reporting and action plans regarding the working environment. You will get a position with plenty of opportunity to use your experience and develop your occupational health and safety knowledge. The position provides a broad contact surface for both internal and external stakeholders. Jesper Albin Sjögren says: "In our team, we prioritize task solving with high professionalism and a professional approach. We do it in a positive atmosphere with a focus on well-being and in balance with work life and leisure time - and when we say it, we mean it. There is room for flexibility and working from home, and you plan your working day yourself." Your profile We imagine that you have a relevant technical education and a reasonable working environment background. You either have railway experience or experience from a similar function within the building/construction sector, consulting engineering or production. As a large organization with various specialties and tasks, it is important for Banedanmark that you possess interdisciplinary insight, collaborative skills and can function in an environment with many different professional approaches. It is important that you have good oral and written communication skills, as you will often have to communicate occupational health reports, occupational health campaigns, occupational health legislation and guidelines to your colleagues in all parts of the division. It is important that you thrive in an everyday life with several tasks at once. The way you structure and sequence tasks is essential. You feel good about sparring and collaborating with others, and that you work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
