Work load:_x000D_
Management and administration of the company fleet._x000D_
Coordination of maintenance, repairs and regular inspections of vehicles._x000D_
Providing vehicle insurance and handling insurance events._x000D_
Records and management of documentation associated with the vehicle fleet._x000D_
Monitoring vehicle operation costs and optimizing these costs._x000D_
Communication with external suppliers (services, leasing companies, etc.)._x000D_
Ensuring efficient use of the vehicle fleet according to the company's needs._x000D_
Requirements:_x000D_
SÅ/VÅ education, ideally technical or economic occupation._x000D_
Experience with fleet administration is an advantage._x000D_
Ability to effectively organize and work with data._x000D_
Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail._x000D_
Good communication and negotiation skills._x000D_
Active driver's license group B._x000D_
