BIM Modeler/Specialist

Alumil, one of the most evolved and technologically advanced groups in research, development, and producing of architectural aluminium systems in Europe, is looking for a BIM Modeler/Specialist. Your role A BIM Modeler/Specialist will be an integral part of our R&D Support & Documentation team and will bridge the gap between product design, digital modeling, and real-world application. You will be responsible for the development and management of BIM models related to our product offerings with other team members. You will enhance the collaboration, optimize project workflows, and ensure that Alumil’s products are accurately represented in BIM process which are used by architects, engineers and contractors and integrate seamlessly into modern, BIM-driven construction projects. Your resposibilities will include: Creating parametric families of Alumil's products for integration into architectural and engineering projects within Revit software Developing and maintaining an up-to-date BIM library of Alumil’s product range for architects and contractors to download and use in their designs Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure Alumil’s systems are correctly incorporated into the BIM execution plan Supporting digital workflows by exchanging IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) files and maintaining data accuracy Participation in R&D projects Consulting in person architectural offices Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or Civil Engineering Proven experience in Revit Good knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailing Strong understanding of architectural and construction processes Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with data management and documentation of BIM workflows Knowledge of the aluminium industry is a plus Problem-solving abilities, flexibility and a detail-oriented mindset Benefits Provision of private life & helath insurance Benefits according to performance Continuous learning and support Excellent working environment Annual training plan based on your needs Role specific benefits About us At ALUMIL we are building excellence every day.
