Then apply for the position as urban developer in Hillerød Municipality. In the position, you will be project manager for local plans for urban development projects. Your task will also be to environmentally assess both plan and project, so that we take into account climate protection, sustainability and biodiversity. You are an urban planner or environmental planner and have a professional background as an architect, engineer or similar. You have theoretical and preferably practical experience with local planning and/or environmental assessment of plans and projects. It is essential for us that you have knowledge of project management and that you as a person are cooperative and curious both professionally and personally. We have many innovative plans and environmental assessments underway, for example local plans for neighborhoods in the new district of Favrholm, for the conversion of properties into new homes in Hillerød city, and environmental assessments of larger facilities such as solar parks, shooting ranges and waterworks. You help to inspire citizens, politicians and colleagues with creative ideas for design and design of projects and plans that promote the green transition. Therefore, it is an advantage if you have a flair for and interest in co-creative processes with citizens and stakeholders and are curious about new methods. It is an advantage if you have experience with GIS, as we introduce Q-GIS and work with digital plans. If you do not have experience with GIS, we will help you get it. The section is located in the City and Environment department, and you will report to section manager Hans Brigsted. We solve our tasks through interdisciplinary collaboration in City and Environment and with the town hall's other departments.
