Chef De Partie – NOUS Santorini

As a COOK A at NOUS Santorini, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. You will ensure that all food preparation activities are conducted in line with the hotel's service standards and health regulations.
Responsibilities:
Follows and implements instructions for the efficient operation of the kitchen
Ensures that all ingredients received by stores and suppliers are up to standards
Maintains consistency regarding the preparation and presentation of all menu items
Follows all necessary policies and procedures relating to HACCP guidelines
Performs related duties and projects as assigned
Preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu.
Collaborating with other kitchen staff and departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
Up to 2 years’ experience in a similar role (hot cuisine), in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant
Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary institute
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent knowledge of the Greek language
Good knowledge of the English language
Available to work nights and weekends.
