The Sirene Blue Luxury Beach Resort hotel in Poros is looking for a talented and experienced Chef / Kitchen Manager specializing in Italian cuisine for the season 2025. Necessary Qualifications: Candidate Profile: Previous experience in catering at least 5 years. Professional experience as a Chef / Manager in a hotel or restaurant. Ability to communicate, methodical and team spirit at work. Excellent knowledge and skills in preparing dishes and creating menus. Courtesy, pleasant and friendly personality and respect for his colleagues. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP). Professional appearance and demeanor.
