Chef/Cook dedicated to the Luxury Market Arvanitakis Group is dynamically growing by investing in hotels and real estate in selected high-commercial geographical areas. We are active in the development, management and operation of hotels and real estate in Greece and other countries. We are looking for a Chef Cook dedicated to the Luxury Market to join our team at Azur Retreat ( [link removed] ) on the island of Meganisi (close to Lefkada), Ionian Islands. Responsibilities Ensure that any food that comes out of the kitchen is cooked well and presented in a beautiful way. All in accordance with the hotel’s philosophy. Ensure knowledge of menu and all products. Plan and execute orders of ingredients and needed equipment. Prepare the kitchen before meal periods. Maintain a clean kitchen at all times. Arrange the repairs when necessary. Ensure food orders are of a good standard and delivered in time. Practice grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene. Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that the Hotel Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments. Attend appropriate training courses. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, COVID protocols and all health and safety legislation. Follow company brand standards. Assist other departments.
