The Position… As a Commercial Financial Controller, you will be leading the planning process in budget and trends as well as actual results. Reporting to the BU Controller for CPD, you will act as finance business partner of commercial teams, providing and analyzing financial performance for top channels & customers, influencing commercial teams to drive value in the business. You will… Lead budget, trends and actual financial results in line with Group's standards, guidelines and deadlines. Act as finance business partner of commercial teams by providing & analyzing channels & customers financial performance Interpret financial results, anticipate, and identify risks and opportunities in your area of responsibility. Influence with financial data strategic commercial decisions to drive value in the business. * Maximize financial systems usage and efficiency (SAP, BOOST, COMPASS) as well as leverage knowledge and intuition around systems. Lead actively the transformation of Finance function to optimize processes, enhance efficiency and drive financial performance resulting in value creation for the organization. Collaborate with different stakeholders and provide continuous financial training and knowledge sharing to the organization. You have… Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration required 3+ years of experience in Controlling MBA/ACCA or equivalent would be a plus Strong analytical, organizing and problem-solving skills Excellent communication in Greek & English (written & verbal) and interpersonal abilities Strong computer skills required (Advanced Excel a must), enhanced systems literacy Team spirit, results orientation & anility to work under tight deadlines Ambition to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and matrix work environment Proficient use of SAP and Power BI would be considered a plus You are… Strategic.
