JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the Strategic Communications Specialist, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting with project communication efforts and providing support for event management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
QUALIFICATIONS: (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)
EDUCATION: Education/training related to journalism, graphic design, marketing, social media communications, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Some experience (such as paid work, internship or volunteer work) in a similar role is preferable. However, the key requirement is willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and good interpersonal skills.
SKILLS: Working knowledge of English and Albanian, both written and spoken. Able to communicate fluently and effectively both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft office software (Word, PowerPoint) and tools related to social media communications and graphic design (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
LANGUAGES: Excellent Language proficiency in spoken and written Albanian, English.
GENERAL: Strong enthusiasm, Ability to learn quickly, Tactfulness. Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy, willingness to listen and respect for colleagues. Must be capable of working both individually and as part of a team. Must also be able to create a supportive working relationship among all project teams.
The length of the internship is 6 months with a possibility of extension up to 1 year.
