Quality Controller - Full-Time-Vaslui

Aufgaben We are looking for a Quality Controller for our wind turbine project in Vaslui. Responsibilities: Monitoring construction processes: Permanent supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications. Checking the execution of works in accordance with the project and construction regulations in force. Materials verification: Quality control of materials used on site, ensuring their compliance with technical specifications. Carrying out the necessary inspections to validate the correct use of approved materials. Works inspection: Carrying out periodic on-site inspections to assess the quality of the works and identify any non-conformities. Preparation of detailed reports on the status and quality of the execution of construction works. Management of non-conformities: Identifying quality issues and communicating them to the management and execution team. Proposing and implementing the necessary corrective measures to address the non-conformities. Collaborating with the Project: Working closely with project managers, engineers and supervisors to ensure correct implementation of specifications and quality requirements. Participating in progress meetings to discuss quality issues and related solutions. Quality process documentation: Creating and maintaining a database and documentation regarding quality control activities. Ensuring that all quality-related documents are properly archived and accessible to the management team. Compliance with safety regulations: Ensuring the compliance of construction activities with occupational safety and health regulations (OSH). Reporting any violations of safety standards and collaborating on the implementation of corrective measures. Progress reporting: Preparing weekly and monthly reports on the quality of work and communicating them to management. Monitoring and reporting the progress of works in comparison with established deadlines and standards. Qualifikationen Technical higher education (engineering, construction, architecture) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control in a construction company or related industry Solid knowledge of construction materials and their associated technical specifications Experience with verification processes and control of procedures, materials, processes technical/technological Sound knowledge of applicable construction quality standards (ISO, EN, or other national/international standards) Ability to read and interpret plans, technical drawings and specifications Familiarity with construction legislation and regulations Strong attention to detail and excellent skills of analysis Problem solving and quick decision making Ability to prepare inspection reports and manage quality control documentation Communication and teamwork, ability to communicate effectively with various teams on site (project managers, engineers, workers) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to to work in a dynamic environment, specific to construction sites. Using specific quality control programs and the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documenting and reporting activities.
