COOK A' B' & C'

Your duties as a cook are to provide support to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in their daily tasks, setting up and restocking stations with all necessary supplies, preparing dishes for serving (eg cutting vegetables, slicing meats or preparing sauces) and preparing menu items in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Necessary qualifications:
Culinary school degree
Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel.
Flexibility and adaptability in demanding situations
Professional behavior and appearance
Familiarity with industry best practices
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, materials, equipment and processes
Team spirit of cooperation
