Requirements
Necessary qualifications:
Graduate of cooking school
At least 2 years of experience in à la carte restaurants in 5* hotels
Ability to manage kitchen staff
Knowledge and adherence to health and safety procedures
Knowledge of Greek and at least English
Flexibility in problem management
Adaptability to the work environment
Offer and availability of high standard services
Spirit of teamwork and cooperation
Neat appearance, cleanliness
