Customer Support with Italian- Bucuresti

What will you do? You will maintain a professional customer-oriented attitude. You will take over and resolve situations in which nonconformities appear. You will assist the customer in the purchase decision by providing the requested details about the products and services. You will offer solutions for various situations: placing the order, delivery and returns. The activity will be developed on all communication channels, including through chat and call, ensuring a comprehensive and satisfactory experience for customers. What do we offer? Flexible schedule of 9h/day (1h lunch break), Monday-Sunday, 5/7 days, with shifts between 10:00 and 22:00. The salary package consists of: basic salary, performance bonus and meal vouchers.
