Customs Clearance Assistant - Temporary position

Your job

Coordination and control of import/export activities of Zumtobel Serbia company through adequate software platform, which is based on Global Customs Guidelines

Locally responsible person in assisting to established Customs&Transport team in monitoring of customs legislative, changes and addition of customs legislative and Customs Act of Republic of Serbia

Daily communication within SC and external stakeholders and daily tracking

Daily based communication with official customs representatives of company headquarters

Weekly/monthly reporting to Global Customs Management, in connection with completed and current activities within Customs&Transport team

FG invoices preparing and distributing of paperwork

Import documentation checking on time

Administrative tasks –files, trackers and price monitoring

Your profile

VI /VII education degree or equivalent (desirable: Faculty of Economics / Faculty of Organizational Sciences / Faculty of Transport and Traffic engineering)

Numeracy and literacy skills / MS Office Skills are required, other program/application would be considered as advantage

English - High intermediate or advanced level

Good communication and organizational skills

Proactive and responsible

Excellent attitude and attendance record

This position is temporary, replacement for colleague on maternity leave.
