Dispatcher's Help Desk Officer - Intern

What we expect from you when you become part of the team:

Track work orders that are created by sales teams selling optical solutions

Assigning work orders to door-to-door field sales agents

Communication with users, dispatchers, sellers, and technicians regarding the status and change of orders

Reporting problems with addresses reported by sales channels when creating a Hipernet offer

Contacting the user the day before the scheduled installation to confirm the appointment.

Monitoring the resolution of installation challenges and reporting on the outcome of challenge resolution

To get off to a good start, you'll need:

Minimum secondary vocational education

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Good knowledge of general business rules

Focus on details

Excellent verbal and presentation skills
