Key responsibilities Assist arriving/departing guests professionally and with the utmost courtesy Handle all luggages, baggage, packages, etc. carefully and safely. Adhere to hotel policy for luggage storage and retrieval Responsible for being completely familiar with all types of guest rooms and hotel facilities Responsible for knowledge of groups and functions in the Hotel on a daily basis Provide shuttle service as needed Monitor and maintain cleanliness of hotel cars Ensure all equipment is in operating order and all supplies are up to hotel standards Answer all guest questions accurately and resolve problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction Assist guests with directions Be knowledgeable in all hotel emergency procedures Follow supervisor's instructions and performs other duties as directed or assigned Report to the Head Driver Implement LQA standards To be successful in this role, your experience should include: 2+ years' experience in a similar position LHW or other 5-star international hotel chain experience Ability to converse fluently in both Greek and English Strong team player and able to work under pressure Bill & Coo offers: accommodation and meals competitive remuneration package positive work environment opportunities for personal and professional development Should you wish to be a member of Bill & Coo family, please send us your CV along with a photo: MyCarriera
