Role Overview Drivers are responsible for safely transporting guests in a timely manner Key duties and responsibilities Transporting guests to and from the hotel in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the hotel’s vehicles, ensuring they are well-stocked with water, maps, and other amenities for guest comfort. Assisting guests with luggage and ensuring their travel needs are met promptly and professionally. Ensuring timely transportation to and from local attractions, airports, and other destinations as per guest requests or hotel schedules. Adhering to all traffic laws and hotel safety standards while driving, ensuring the safety of passengers and the vehicle. Coordinating with the front desk and concierge team to accommodate guest transportation requests and preferences. Providing information about local attractions, directions, and hotel services to guests during transit. Reporting any vehicle maintenance or damage issues promptly to management and ensuring vehicles are in optimal working condition. Assisting with airport pick-ups, drop-offs, and other scheduled transportation services for guests and staff. Requirements A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality Valid Driver’s License is a prerequisite Good organizational and time management skills Excellent knowledge of English language.
