Tasks
Development of operating procedures for utility systems (compressed air, vacuum, nitrogen, natural gas, water, etc.);
Supervision, operation and maintenance of building engineering equipment, systems, machines, and other devices (e.g. cooling-heating, ventilation system, water and sewer network, etc.)
Ensures that the premises meet temperature, humidity and environmental requirements;
Active promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction, development of energy conservation measures and preparation of reports;
Providing support for facility safety, energy conservation and quality management system certification and developing system audit documents;
Provide on-site support to technicians if needed;
Participation in the selection of technicians.
