Job Description Do you have experience in contract/installation management and do you have Maintenance knowledge? This could be the right challenge for you! Functions: - Manage service contracts with external suppliers; - Manage different work spaces, equipment and facilities (air conditioning, electricity, among others); - Plan and manage the activity of the team(s), ensuring their coordination and alignment with operational objectives; - Allocation of services and teams to existing needs; - Monitoring and analysis of costs and budgets; - Resource management and division of tasks and teams according to priorities and existing resources; - Monitoring and implementing the actions necessary to improve customer satisfaction and continuous development of the service at the level of different policies; - Preparation of reports necessary for the operation. Necessary requirements: - 12th year of schooling; - Proven experience in similar functions (Contract Management, Operations Management or Planning); - Ability to lead and coordinate teams in an operational environment; - Ability to establish priorities quickly and effectively; - Good communication skills, customer orientation and stress management; - Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; - Fluency in English; - Knowledge of Maintenance/Engineering.
