Job Description

We are looking for a new education consultant with a health professional background and knowledge of digital learning National Knowledge Center for Dementia (NVD) works with research, education and dissemination of knowledge about dementia throughout Denmark. Together with the research unit and the Memory Clinic at Rigshospitalet, we are a total of approx. 100 employees. Our target group is everyone who works with people with dementia within care, care, training, investigation, treatment and research. Organization You will be part of the education team that works with the development of e-learning ABC Dementia for various subject groups, course and conference activities as well as other dementia projects. We hold various nationwide network meetings with e.g. municipalities and dementia investigation units and is included as a professional sparring partner in many contexts. Last year around 3,000 course participants participated in activities organized by the National Knowledge Center for Dementia. Our e-learning concept ABC Dementia currently consists of of 10 different courses and attracts around 1000 new course participants from regions and municipalities every month. NVD has received an additional grant to further develop the ABC Dementia concept, therefore this area is a high priority in the coming years. The education team consists of an education manager and six education consultants, and we have a close collaboration with the communication team regarding the development of the e-learning courses. Your tasks will primarily be: Development of professional content for ABC Dementia e-learning Development of learning materials and activities linked to e-learning Project management of selected activities Contribute to other dementia professional development projects Contribute to course and conference activities We expect you to have: A health professional education and clinical experience such as nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, psychologist A relevant further education e.g. in digital learning, teaching design or pedagogy Experience in translating professional knowledge into e-learning or other digital learning Experience in developing methods within learning and using digital tools Knowledge and experience from the field of dementia Personal qualifications We emphasize good oral and written formulation skills as well as personal qualities where flexibility, independence, initiative, creativity and a positive approach are paramount. Working hours The position is 37 hours per week. The job may include meeting activities and organizing events throughout the country, which is why you must be willing to travel and be flexible in relation to working hours.
