Are you an experienced, newly graduated or soon-to-be-graduated bioanalyst - or have another health education - we have the job for you! We offer both a position in the outpatient clinic and a position in the emergency team. You will be part of a workplace with dialogue-based work planning, so that your private life and working life can harmonize
Clinical Biochemistry Department, Zealand University Hospital (SUH), Køge is looking for a new colleague who values a versatile and exciting working day around the patients.
A safe start
When you start with us, you will be well received and receive a thorough introduction and structured training in the department's many workplaces with sampling and possibly for other work functions in the ambulatory. In addition, you will be assigned a buddy who will help and support you in your new workplace, so that you get a safe start.
Become part of an on-call emergency team
You will become part of our team of health professionals and the tasks will consist of sampling, EKG recording. In the Emergency Team, you will become part of a committed on-call team, where your tasks will include taking samples in the wards and emergency reception, recording EKG and handling emergency samples. You will primarily be part of the emergency team, there will also be days when you are part of the outpatient clinic where you have an important role in ensuring a good patient flow for the benefit of the patients.
The position entails 6-8 shifts per month, including a weekend shift every 4 weeks, divided into day, evening and night shifts. We work with dialogue-based work planning and value your ideas for developing and improving the work.

You will become part of our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in the outpatient clinic. Your tasks will consist of blood sampling, EKG recording in the outpatient clinic and in the hospital, at the same time you will be responsible for working with the functions that support the outpatient clinic's work with receiving patients, booking appointments, taking samples in the diabetes outpatient clinic, taking samples in Faxe and at home, etc., where you have an important role in ensuring a good patient flow for the benefit of the patients.
The position involves a minimum of 96 hours of on-call work per year, the hours can be divided between weekend work, evening and night shifts. We work with dialogue-based work planning and value your ideas for developing and improving the work.

A little about us
The department has both a section in Køge, Nykøbing F and Roskilde - there are approx. 100 employees in each section, of which the largest group are bioanalysts. The department in Køge has just moved into new premises in the laboratory wing, where new workflows are being implemented. Over the coming years, the hospital in Køge will be expanded threefold and is expected to be completed in 2027.
