F&B Manager

Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operation of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, events and room service. Development and implementation of innovative food and beverage concepts that align with the hotel brand and target market. Training, coaching and supervising staff to provide excellent customer service. Monitoring and control of food and beverage costs according to the company's objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve objectives Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation and service. Work with the Executive Chef and team to design seasonal menus and beverage offerings that reflect the hotel's luxury standards. Monitor inventory levels and manage orders to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure regulatory compliance. Handling customer feedback and promptly resolving any issues or complaints. Necessary qualifications Professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar position Degree from a tourism school will be highly appreciated Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of a second language will be appreciated (German) Team work spirit Excellent ability in communication, interpersonal relations and management and supervision of personnel Organizational and communicative character Pleasant personality Kindness, willingness to work, achievement of goals, speed and methodical Knowledge and correct adherence to procedures HACCP- ISO PC: Very good knowledge of MS Office, good knowledge of MICROS, POS Benefits Excellent work environment Salary commensurate with qualifications Training and professional development MyCarriera
