IQOS Field Trainer - Bucharest

What will you do in this role?· Organize and deliver training sessions - both physical and online, according to IQOS standards and materials.· You will organize and deliver training sessions focused on developing team skills and achieving standards of excellence.· You will plan training sessions at the level of the assigned area.· You will provide direct support to teams through personalized coaching sessions and customer interaction simulations. You will monitor and optimize the quality of team interactions with customers, ensuring that every experience reflects IQOS values. Develop team skills, helping them achieve the highest standards of performance.· You plan and implement training programs at the level of assigned areas, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
