Head chef for work in a plant-based restaurant (m/f)

OAZA Joyful Kitchen is a vegan casual fast-food restaurant, a social enterprise that aims to provide people with homemade, healthy and delicious food. Everything we offer is produced by ourselves with love and care, without the use of additives and artificial additives. In addition, within the building we have a hall where various lectures, educations, workshops and courses are held, where our employees can certainly learn a lot.

Are you a passionate cook with a vision of creating amazing plant-based dishes? We are looking for a creative and experienced chef to lead our kitchen at OAZA Joyful Kitchen. With a wide range of herbal ingredients, you will have the opportunity to express your creativity and exceed the expectations of our guests.

As head chef, you will be responsible for menu development, quality control, staff training and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Your role includes:
• designing the daily offer
• preparation and cooking of the daily offer (daily dish, daily stew, daily soup)
• organization of the kitchen and maintenance of cleanliness during work
• monitoring and ordering the ingredients needed to cook the daily offer
• coordination and training of kitchen staff
• participation in creating recipes and developing dishes for the entire menu and catering
• creation and monitoring of norms and food consumption for the daily and regular range
• participation in proposing promotional products or special promotions
• preparation of product samples, promotional menus, etc.
