Job description
:
We are looking for a qualified Plumber who will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of systems related to heating, cooling, drainage and plumbing systems.
Basic competencies
:
Installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, such as pipes, taps, pumps and boilers.
Maintenance of heating, cooling and ventilation systems for the comfort of customers.
Locating and repairing faults such as leaks, clogs and water pressure problems.
Collaborate with other departments to effectively manage technical issues.
Compliance with all safety and health regulations at work.
Regular inspections of facilities to prevent damage and maintain proper operation.
Manage and report materials and equipment to ensure inventory.
Implementation of environmental practices, compatible with ISO regulations.
Qualifications:
License to practice the profession of plumber.
Diploma from a technical school or equivalent education in the field of plumbing.
Familiarity with hydraulic technology systems and large scale equipment.
Ability to read technical drawings and installation manuals.
Excellent knowledge of safety and health in the workplace.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in plumbing installations and maintenance, ideally in a hotel environment or large scale building installations.
Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies.
Communication skills and team spirit.
Ability to use advanced tools and equipment safely and accurately.
Attention to detail to achieve excellent results.
