We have therefore created this new position, where you, as HR Manager in a staff function with reference to the CEO, are responsible for driving and developing the HR efforts at AKV. The role includes responsibility for the development and operation of the HR function, the HR annual cycle as well as a position as strategic advisor to AKV's management regarding personnel matters, resources and organizational and personnel changes. You are also hands-on with the tasks. In collaboration with the board, management and the rest of the organization, the tasks are: Building and optimizing professional HR processes. Ongoing development of the organization so that it matches our reality and ambitions at all times. Proactive identification of competence gaps and their elimination. Development of a middle management group so that it can competently and cohesively take responsibility and be ambassadors on our development journey. on the structure for employee interviews, including ensuring that the interviews are held. Communication to the organization regarding the company's initiatives as well as sparring with the board/management regarding their communication. Professionalization of processes/documents in.f.m. hiring and resignations. Advice in.f.m. personnel issues and law - i.a. agreements and legislation on vacation, sickness, maternity, GDPR etc. in collaboration with our employer organization GLS-A. Support employee well-being, collaboration and a healthy culture, including conducting a well-being survey in collaboration with an external provider and facilitating internal follow-up on this. Participation in various transversal HR projects - including potentially implementing the HR system. Go-to person in relation to professional support and legal sparring regarding daily challenges and issues. Updating the personnel handbook and other internal documents. Planning the onboarding process, including 4-8 annual introduction days in Langholt or SkejbyJa - the list of possible tasks is long, and we don't expect you to be able to tick everything off from day 1. First of all, your personality is important, and then there are good colleagues who help you in everyday life. The task list must therefore be seen as our wish to professionalise the HR function as we grow and must have further focus on developing the organization and the processes. You as a person You have 6+ years of relevant experience as an HR manager / HR Partner and are motivated by working with development and people. You work committedly as a rope holder within organization and culture, where you are partly a driving force yourself, partly able to keep an overview and be a sparring partner. You thrive with and like to be in daily dialogue with managers and employees and advise them on their challenges. You have experience with the interaction and needs in a company that includes both white-collar workers and hourly workers. We expect you to have a good business and overall understanding, so that you can be an active sparring partner for the organisation. You have a good overview and are in control of the details. You are trustworthy, empathetic and able to create familiarity in the organisation. Communication comes naturally to you, and you are able to convey messages and ideas in a constructive and involving way. As a person, you possess great commitment and have the desire to carry out your tasks independently, structured and with high quality. About AKVAKV was established as a cooperative in 1933 with production and head office just north of Aalborg. We are owned by approx. 200 cooperative owners who produce around 200,000 tonnes of potatoes per year. year. It will be approx. 85,000 tonnes of potato starch widely used in the global food and paper industry in more than 70 countries. Potato starch is used in many foods and is an important ingredient as plant-based foods gain more and more popularity. Since 2019, we have grown from a staff of approx. 50 to now just over 100 employees, the majority of whom are in Langholt at our factories. Our commercial head office is in Aarhus, where some employees work abroad. We have gone through major changes in recent years, and this process is still ongoing. At AKV, you will become part of a solid foundation with deep roots in the Jutland soil, but we still dare to think big and create the changes that are needed. We are, among other things, underway with a major expansion of our factory with an investment of approx. 200 million DKK.
