The suitable candidate will join the department
Sales
of its Commercial Directorate
Clima
Quest
and it will be
responsible for
:
Telephone customer service, registration and tracking of their orders
The collection and monitoring of sales and inventory data from customers
The service in sales matters and communication with the logistics and service center
Ensuring smooth and long-term relationships with the clientele
Creating and sending offers and price lists
Necessary qualifications
:
Degree in Business Administration or related subject from HEI/TEI/College
Master's degree desired but not required
1-2 years of experience in a related field of sales support or customer service
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
Team spirit of cooperation
Customer orientation, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
