About HRU The Army's Reaction Force Training is part of the 2nd Logistics Battalion at the Training Regiment. The training constitutes the intermediate phase after conscription and prior to entry into the standing force. The company's task is to educate and, not least, form the professional soldiers of the future - basic soldier skills and functional training will here reflect the weight of the training, but the company's ambition is to deliver solid soldiers, commanders and officers who are ready to join 1 Logistics Battalion and to that extent the rest of the Army's operational units. Stability is essential to ensure a framework where personnel can thrive over a longer period of time. Therefore, it is important that KMP as a workplace can ensure a coherent everyday life, both at work and in private life. We therefore strive for the cadre to always have a satisfactory time horizon in relation to the elements of the education and any future tasks. Therefore, the training is planned for standard weeks and days, with fixed content, which contributes to creating transparency and stability in everyday life. About the position As an instructor/training commander, in a team consisting of a training support officer and a subject teacher (sergeant major), you must support the company's platoons in planning and implementing various subject areas as well as company activities. The position as training commander in the 3HRUKMP training section will largely offer room for immersion in specific subject areas, training and instructor work, opportunity for own competence development, training control across the company, and much more. We can offer you a job with a lot of independence and great responsibility. You will of course act as primary instructor in a number of subject areas, where you must continuously keep up to date on "what's going on", how far the various platoons are in the training and in consultation with the platoons commanders continuously adjust and optimize the training, thus achieving goals, requirements and criteria. You should expect around 12 practice days and an 8-day shooting period per eight month team. The position has permanent service at Aalborg Barracks. About you You are appointed sergeant or you are an experienced constable who has either completed, or is admitted to GSU STP and found suitable for appointment one level up. In this case, a training agreement is drawn up regarding implement the GSU STP as soon as possible. You are a role model professionally as well as in terms of appearance - together with the company's other experienced cadres, you must be able to influence the company's younger commanders as well as the young constable trainees, which requires a high level of integrity and professional superiority. You must also hold driving license B and preferably C. Terms of employment The position is a sergeant's position on collective agreement terms. The position can be filled with a civil servant. Salary etc. is regulated by the LC/CO10 collective agreement and organizational agreement between the Ministry of Defense's Personnel Agency, CO10 and the Central Association for Stamp Personnel for regular personnel of the line and the reserve as well as students in the Ministry of Defense and associated authorities. The position can be filled by someone in the constable group with good development potential. If you do not meet the training requirement, you can be employed on a training agreement, with a view to completing and passing basic sergeant training. In that case, employment takes place on salary terms cf. collective agreement between the Armed Forces Personnel Service and the Army's Constable and Corporal Association for the constable group of the line and reserve, constable trainees and corporals of the line and reserve in the Army. Until your appointment, you will receive a commander's allowance. Appointment to sergeant can take place when the education requirement and the basic physical requirements of the Armed Forces are met, as well as when you have an approved health and dental assessment and you meet the general requirements for appointment. Upon appointment as a sergeant, you will receive a new employment contract in accordance with the LC/CO10 collective agreement and organizational agreement between the Ministry of Defense's Personnel Board, CO10 and the Central Association for Stamp Personnel for regular personnel of the line and rese
