Jr. Project Manager

Assist the Project Manager and the Operations Department in cost estimation, planning, coordination and implementation of assigned projects; Provide technical support during commercial meetings organized by the sales department; Create technical sketches according to the client's requirements and specifications; Develop and update project documentation (the plan of the project, internal documents, delivery documents, etc.);Manages resources and time effectively to ensure the achievement of project objectives;Maintains continuous communication with clients and internal teams to facilitate effective collaboration and rapid problem resolution;Ensures that project delivery deadlines, quality and budget are met;Monitors project progress and reports their status to the relevant teams; learns and utilizes the company's internal project management tools and procedures; provides technical support throughout the duration of the contract; ensures that Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures are followed throughout the implementation projects; Deals with the acquisition and subcontracting of various goods and services necessary for the implementation of projects; Centralizes and monitors relations with suppliers and subcontractors, delivery and handover deadlines, related costs, etc.; Centralizes and coordinates maintenance, interventions and other activities customer requests.
