Job Description
Transversal Staff is part of PLT (Production, Storage and Transport), which supports hospital operations in Region Zealand. You will be part of a team of eight dedicated employees with a strong professional and social community. There is also cooperation with a number of good colleagues in the other professional staffs at the Regional House in Sorø as well as with the executive operations at the region's hospitals.
About the job
As a financial consultant in Tværgände Stab, you will have a central role in ensuring a financial overview and creating value in a complex operational organization. The tasks range widely:
Budgeting, including setting up and ongoing follow-up
Preparation and dissemination of dynamic management information in BI systems
Financial support for operational managers, central and decentralized managers
Responsibility for price calculation and internal settlement with hospitals
Accounting and approval of invoices in the financial system
Support for projects and administrative measures, e.g. travel booking systems, operational systems, BI and power of attorney portal
Management supervision, internal controls and financial analyses
You will collaborate with both regional and external parties, so a desire for dialogue and collaboration is a prerequisite. There will also be many ad hoc tasks leading up to the merger with the Capital Region in 2027.
Our primary workplace is in Sorø. We work closely with the department for Quality and Support and have a professional and social community on a daily basis.
Your profile
We are looking for a generalist with a good understanding of systems and previous experience from finance functions.
Experience with financial management, budgets and reporting
Analytical and solution-oriented approach to tasks
Thrives with both daily operational tasks and development-oriented projects
Familiarity with Excel, including pivot tables and handling large amounts of data from various sources
Preferably familiar with pricing with activity based costing.
Preferably experience with development and use of BI tools
You work independently and can meet deadlines
You are service-oriented and have courage in a daily life with varied tasks

Salary and terms of employment
In accordance with the applicable collective agreement with the relevant professional organisation.
The position is 33 t/week and is wanted to be filled in mid-May 2025.
