The Mitsis Group offers new jobs in its hotels in Kos: Cook B / KOS Area : Kos Type of Employment : Seasonal/Full time Ref : HO/ COOBK Purpose As Cook B you will be in direct communication with the responsible Cook A and/or the supervisors of your department, for the execution and production of the menu according to the Group's recipes and operational standards. Responsibilities He participates in the daily production of his department's menu, according to the Group's operating standards and recipe. He works with the team and his immediate supervisor to ensure a smooth work flow and timely handling of issues. He immediately informs his supervisor of any problems or shortages of materials at his post. Adheres to the required ISO procedures and ensures the proper implementation of health and safety rules in his position, in accordance with the Group's operational standards. Necessary Qualifications Culinary Degree Experience at least 1 year in a similar position, ideally in a hotel environment Knowledge and observance of all hygiene & safety rules Skills Professionalism, Reliability & Responsibility Empathy Adaptability Cooperation & Teamwork What we offer Competitive salary package Variable Bonus for achieving monthly goals.
