CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Minimum II degree in the field of transport, mechanical engineering and metal processing

Possession of a certificate/certificate for operating a crane or forklift.

Work experience is desirable, but not mandatory.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Operates electric and diesel forklifts, as well as a crane, that is, an overhead crane with the help of a remote (radio) control or from the cabin.

Before starting work, he is obliged to perform a visual inspection of the means of transport and fill out a check list.

He reports all malfunctions to the shift manager, and in case of critical malfunctions, which are defined by the checklist, he immediately shuts down the means of transport and calls maintenance for crane malfunctions, and drives the broken-down forklift to the workshop for repair.

Makes a choice of means of transport when performing tasks, but in such a way as not to endanger the main production flow.

It serves work on production lines in all production units.

He works on the crane assigned by the manager (D-1080, D-108l, D-1082, D-1083, D-1084, D1085), and in case of failure, he switches to another free crane or uses a Parker forklift to service the lines.

Performs loading and unloading of cargo (finished products, raw materials, scrap and other steel waste, spare parts, rollers) and transport services to all units in the factory.

On the production lines, he receives orders and signals from the direct executors of the work.

He is obliged to strictly observe and implement the instructions on the handling of means of transport and procedures for the manipulation of cargo. He is obliged to respect the ban on using electric forklifts outside the production hall without the prior consent of his superiors.

At the end of the shift, he is obliged to hand over the means of transport.

He controls the correctness of the tools he uses when manipulating loads.

Clears snow from the roads within the factory area and from the parking lot during the winter.

Opens/closes wagons for loading white sheet and unloading HVL.

It directs the hook when loading white sheet and unloading HVL.

Maintains the cleanliness and hygiene of his work area.

Performing other tasks as ordered in accordance with professional and work skills, work and safety procedures.
