Job Description
At the Institute of Law, Aarhus BSS, Aarhus University, a lecturer position in Danish and Nordic criminal law is available to fill. This is a permanent full-time position with entry on 1 June 2025 or by further agreement.The position The person employed in the position is expected to contribute significantly to the institute's teaching and research within Danish and Nordic criminal law. There is a requirement to be physically present at the institute. The core area of criminal law is the general and special part of the criminal law, but the main area of criminal law also includes criminal procedure law, including the influence of the ECHR and the European Charter, the law on the enforcement of sentences and the special criminal law on violations of special legislation (hereafter collectively referred to as the "subject area"). subjects, especially property law. Qualifications Employment as a lecturer in criminal law requires teaching and research qualifications at the level that can be obtained on the basis of a satisfactorily completed period of employment as an assistant professor in the subject area, but the qualifications will also be obtained in another way.
