Job Description
Lejerbo is looking for a new premises inspector for Østjysk Bolig in Aarhus. An exciting, outgoing job where you will be responsible for finances and personnel. You will have close cooperation with the residents' democracy and residents in general.
In your daily work, you will be part of an operating community with just over 2,900 homes and 1 other local inspector colleagues. You will also be part of a larger network of local inspectors across our region and Lejerbo nationwide.
Your area of responsibility includes 2 operating areas with approx. half of the homes in Østjysk Bolig.
Your tasks will include:
• Day-to-day management of property clerks and other operational staff.
• Contact with ward boards and residents.
• Cooperation with external partners, including municipalities.
• Purchasing and invoice handling via our electronic procurement portal, as well as other administrative work.
• Responsibility for budget compliance on account 115
• Organization of branch checks (field walks) with the branch boards
• Participate in and independently hold department meetings.
• Close collaboration with the other local inspectors and support functions in the operating community and with the regional office.
• Backup on check-out and check-in.
Who are you?
• You have experience in management.
• You can develop/motivate your employees and enjoy playing others well.
• You have experience in customer care and customer handling, both in person and over the phone,
and is passionate about providing a high level of service and values close contact with your customers.
• You are good at building relationships and get along with everyone easily. You are open, outgoing, patient
and respectful in your approach to people.
• Craftsmanship or construction engineering background and experience will be an advantage.
• You have knowledge of politically controlled organisations.
• You are an experienced IT user and can quickly acquire knowledge in new systems.
• You have a driving license and can provide your own car.
• You are good at expressing yourself in Danish, both in writing and orally.
