Job Description
Responsibilities: -coordinates the teams of cooks, bartenders and waiters, sets work shifts and responsibilities. Ensures the harmonious functioning of the entire team. - maintains contact with suppliers of goods and services, gives orders, ensures good supply of the restaurant - manages the relationship with the state authorities, with the control bodies and the City Hall - deals with administrative issues related to the good functioning of restaurant.
