Mechanical engineer - project manager

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and management of project resources, costs and deadlines

Ensuring compliance with standards, regulations and safety norms

Analysis of submitted project technical documentation for future and current projects 

Preparation of documents and analysis of bids for the implementation of the project

Preparation of the construction site organization plan and execution of works

Preparation of the optimization plan for human and material resources

Coordination and active participation in all activities on the construction site

Work in the field in Serbia, 2-3 working days a week on projects that are far from the company's headquarters

Planning, coordination and supervision of construction works from the initial phase to completion

Defining planned costs and budget control

Creation and monitoring of mandatory construction site documentation

Communication with investors, supervision and inspections

Effectively solving challenges and resolving potential problems during project execution

Coordination with engineering team, field workers and other relevant experts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master of Civil Engineering or Bachelor/Master of Mechanical Engineering

Desirable work experience in the profession, in the field of construction of hydrotechnical facilities

Preferred - valid license 410, 411 or 414, 430 or equivalent

Computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD)

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Category B driver's license

Preferred knowledge of FIDIC contract model (Red Book, Yellow Book)

Knowledge of English language (intermediate level), Slovak language - desirable
