About the position Your tasks will include consist of, in close cooperation with your colleagues, the local units, and suppliers, carrying out operation and maintenance of technical installations and buildings, including electricity, water, heating and low-current installations in buildings and facilities, as well as high-voltage, low-voltage, district heating and water supply lines with associated installations. You will contribute to the preparation of Etabpartnerelement Aalborg's multi-year planning of maintenance and inspection of the technical area. You will be our technical expert when constructing new construction at the barracks, where you will contribute our input to the construction based on our local knowledge and the users' general wishes and needs. In addition, you must: Provide professional advice regarding operation and operation of technical facilities and installations. Prepare proposals for energy improvements. Assist with the professional organization and supervise the physical implementation of operation and maintenance. The tasks can both be planned annual tasks, but there will also be a number of ad hoc tasks, some of which will be of an urgent nature. Likewise, both as a performer and as a contributor, you will be involved in project tasks, within both new construction and centrally controlled building maintenance, at the establishment. You must therefore expect, and be able to thrive in, a dynamic everyday life with a wide range of collaboration areas, which includes a close dialogue with the local users, colleagues, own craftsmen, external suppliers, project managers, etc. About you You are a trained machinist or have equivalent training. We want you to have experience with operation and maintenance of technical installations. If you have knowledge of the defence, it is an advantage, but not a requirement. You are used to using IT tools and email systems. You express yourself well in Danish and English, both in writing and speaking, and get along with other people easily. You are outgoing, have a good mood and a good situational awareness. As a person, you are first and foremost a good colleague who values ​​good cooperation with your colleagues and naturally contributes to the community. You work independently and are professional in your task solving. In addition, you are proactive, take responsibility for tasks and are happy to go the extra mile to find the solution to a problem or challenge. You must be prepared that during the start-up period there may be many matters that need to be clarified and are not yet fully in place. It may therefore be necessary for you to be extra flexible and ready to adapt during this period. It is a requirement that you have driving license B. Terms of employment As a machinist, you will be employed and remunerated according to the current Organizational Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and machinists in the country. If you have a different educational background, you will be employed and paid according to the relevant collective agreement in force in the State. Depending on your qualifications and competences, it is possible to negotiate supplements. An employer-funded pension scheme is attached to the position.
