Job Description
For the next four years, we will install district heating in Ballerup Municipality. We therefore need an employee to review traffic management plans, ongoing coordination with the client, contractors and other departments in the municipality, as well as for the issuing of excavation and material permits, supervision of re-establishment, citizen dialogue and subsequently handling other supply and excavation projects. has experience with authority processing. Your most important tasks Have responsibility for planning in connection with the rollout of our district heating network, including the handling of excavation permits. Manage and ensure good start-up meetings in connection with the rollout of new excavation areas, inspection and approval of excavation work and sign plans, contact with the client/contractor in case of urgent notifications, as well as a coordinating role in connection with joint excavation. You will also be involved in other projects where dialogue and agreements with contractors and builders, and the roads are supervised so that they are well re-established after road work. You must follow up on construction matters on public roads, overpass permits and the road council. You must carry out routine inspections of pavements, markings and signs, as well as handling insurance cases in connection with damage during excavation work. You will also be able to deal with other authority tasks, such as traffic safety, parking and much more. Your competences It will be good if you have a background or training in for the road or traffic area. That is that you are from the police, the construction industry, another municipality, the state and/or have an education as an engineer, technician or other relevant background. Experience with authority processing and supervision. Takes initiative and dares to execute. Thrives in a free framework under responsibility.
