Medior Recruiter Tasks End-to-end recruitment Publishing and updating job advertisements Pre-screening CVs Organizing and conducting interviews Liaising with agencies and candidates Processing candidates from referral programs Using LinkedIn, databases, job portals Creating Excel reports Participation in job fairs, organizing Recruitment processes and keeping documentation up-to-date Requirements Adequate university degree Min. 2-3 years of relevant professional experience Knowledge and confident use of Excel Fluent spoken and written English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage) Good communication skills What we offer Competitive salary Health insurance Cafeteria Annual bonus (based on performance) Language courses Home office option
