Company Beltorg d.o.o. is looking for a worker for the position of Category Manager.

Job Description:

Participation in the optimization of the assortment of the matrix, the introduction of new items within certain product categories, the harmonization of the pricing policy.

Search for suppliers and negotiations with suppliers on prices, discounts, payment terms. Conclusion of Contracts with suppliers.

Optimization of the assortment based on statistics and sales results in stores. Achieving goals and traffic.

Ensuring uninterrupted supply of goods to the retail network, control of goods delivery to stores.

Quality control of goods, work with complaints and defects (return to supplier, write-offs of goods).

Correct and up-to-date documentation management. Ensure the availability of documents and certificates.

Conditions:

Experience in procurement and sales in a retail company. An advantage is successful personal experience in sales, and promoting products or services.

Flexibility in decision-making.

Ability to analyze, predict, plan.

Ability to process large amounts of information.

Responsibility, focus on results.

Ability to make independent decisions.

Mandatory knowledge of the Russian language at the C2 level and knowledge of the Serbian language at the B2-C1 level.
